Sonamoti Wheat is years old desi variety of emmer wheat grown without any use of pesticides or fertilizers.
Sonamoti is traditionally known to be rich in protein, magnesium, and iron. “Sonamoti Flour” is the only type of wheat that has ‘folic acid’ and it is very low on ‘gluten’.
The most ancient variety of wheat across the world is emmer wheat which is rich in niacin or “vitamin B3″ which is very good for our heart and cholesterols levels.
